Innovative companies are the ones that are likely to survive recessions and able to seize opportunities in crises. Get into the right mindset with design thinking, where business owners and employees alike learn skills that will enable them to innovate and transform their businesses, and implement job redesign in accordance with their business transformation plans.

SFIC’s Design Thinking Business Transformation Programme – Transforming Customer Experience and Job Redesign supports enterprises with business and design thinking consultants in various fields of expertise, to guide them through the design thinking methodology to either create or enhance products and services / business processes / business models.
